The Graduates Unit, as part of the Mandel Leadership Institute, works towards the proactive application of the Institute's goal of introducing change and innovation into education and society in Israel and in the Diaspora. To this end, the Unit strives to maintain a prolonged partnership with our graduates towards maximizing their reality-changing competencies.

In this framework, the Unit's activities focus on promoting the graduates as a community and as individuals. On the community level, the Unit aims to strengthen and deepen networking of  professional community activities the goal of which is to create "Communities of Practice" which will have a direct, significant impact on the professional development of our graduates.

On the individual level, the Unit offers personally tailored counseling, provided by a group of highly-qualified consultants in a range of fields, designed to better the performance and skill of the graduates.

The Unit constantly attempts to integrate theory and practice, interweaving the development of a profound vision with its application in the fields in which the graduates operate. The Unit emphasizes the need to rethink and regenerate the graduates' work as well as that of the organizations which they lead.
